Cancellations & Data Retention

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Here's what happens when you cancel:

• Immediate Effect: Your chatbot widgets will stop functioning on external websites immediately after cancellation.
• Dashboard Access: You retain access to your dashboard and all features until the end of your current billing period.
• Data Retention: Your data (chatbots, knowledge sources, chat history) is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
• Data Deletion: After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
• Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the 30-day retention period to restore full access.
• No Pro-rated Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods after the 14-day guarantee window.
